Our classic beef empanada is the quintessential example of Chilean flavors. The crust is thin and buttery and it's filled with juicy ground beef, sautéed onions, and a mix of Spanish paprika, cumin, and chili powder. The aroma and flavor of this empanada will transport you to South America.
If you love black olives, you're going to love this empanada. It's filled with our classic beef filling with a generous amount of sliced California black olives.
Take our classic beef empanada and turn it American by adding delicious Tillamook cheddar cheese from the coast of Oregon. It's a cheeseburger wrapped up in our homemade dough/crust.
Our chicken empanadas will warm your heart and make your taste buds dance. We use only shredded chicken breast meat cooked in chicken broth flavored with bay leaves. Then we add sautéed onions and flavor it with cumin, Spanish paprika, salt, and some sugar to add just the right amount of sweetness to this savory delight.
Believe it or not, our vegetarian empanadas are a hit with our meat lovers. We sauté cremini mushrooms, spinach, shallots, and lots of garlic and mix it with cream cheese and mozzarella. The flavors from the mushrooms and aromatics mixed with two types of cheese make this filling a favorite with our repeat customers. The generous amounts of cremini mushrooms gives this empanada a meaty texture with a delicious umami flavor.

This baked empanada is the perfect start to your day! It's hand-filled with scrambled eggs, pan-fried potatoes, crispy bacon, chives, and cheddar cheese.
Our fried cheese empanada is a staple in Chilean culture, and you can even find them at fast food restaurants and even at gas stations. The crust is thin and crispy, and it's filled with imported Danish Havarti cheese. The cheese is creamy and delicious and contains very little lactose so even sensitive tummies can enjoy a cheesy treat.
If you've ever been to a Filipino party, most likely you've had lumpia! It's a crispy egg roll filled with minced pork, carrots, onions, and celery. They're deep fried before pick up and they have a light crisp crunch. Fun Fact: Lumpia was voted #2 favorite street food!
It doesn't get better than pouring some delicious homemade chimichurri over a freshly baked empanada. This is the iconic Argentinean condiment that goes great on meat, poultry, seafood, salads, and pasta. This sauce is a labor of love and is made with fresh parsley (curly and Italian), tons of fresh garlic, red wine vinegar, oil, dried oregano, and red chili flakes.
This creamy dipping sauce is made with fresh avocados, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, olive or avocado oil, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. It goes great with our empanadas or even with just a freshly baked piece of bread.
Empanadas are generally eaten as an appetizer or as the main dish but we do have customers that like to eat their empanadas with rice as a side. We toast jasmine rice in oil and cook it with carrots, garlic, and chicken broth.
A delicious lentil soup made with green lentils, onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, jalapenos, and chicken broth. Lentils are rich in fiber, folate, and potassium making them a great choice for the heart and for managing blood pressure and cholesterol. It's also delicious and hearty.

The only thing this Brazilian carrot cake has in common with an American carrot cake is that it has carrots. The carrots in bolo de cenoura are pureed in a blender with all the wet ingredients and it gives the cake it's beautiful orange color and makes it incredibly moist. It's topped with a decadent brigadeiro frosting made out of sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. The frosting is then topped with chocolate sprinkles for a finishing touch.

This is for the chocolate lovers out there! Brigadeiros are Brazilian chocolate truffles made out of simple ingredients. Sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. They're made into little balls and rolled in chocolate sprinkles. Each bite is a rich, creamy, and chocolatey dream.

In the Philippines it's called leche flan and you will find it whenever there's a special gathering of family and friends. Eating leche flan is a great way to end a delicious meal.
